High Pressure Dust Suppression System has been specifically developed
to suppress dust generated in both interior and exterior environments..!
fugitive dust solutions are very expensive. Installation of a baghouse
or a dust collection system typically requires major plant modifications;
operation costs are high with associated disposal and service costs.
water spray systems are a less expensive alternative but consume excessive
amounts of water and wet the process material effectively solving one problem
but creating another.
systems can only be used when alteration of the process material characteristics
is not a problem, however chemical consumption costs often make the operation
of the system unreasonable.
High Pressure Fog System has been specifically developed to suppress
dust generated in both interior and exterior environments. Operating at
1000PSI and producing 5-10 micron sized droplets, the system atomizes ordinary
water using anywhere from 10 to 10,000 highly specialized low flow nozzles.
The system installed to envelop the entire environment of a large building
with molecular sized water droplets without any wetting, dripping or waste.
Each system is custom designed and manufactured using the highest quality
industrial rated components then installed according to the unique requirements
of each dust control site.
of a high pressure pump module package and atomization nozzles which
are installed into hydraulic hoses or tubes to form an atomization line.
An ordinary water
supply feeds into the high pressure pump module where it is pressurized
to 1000PSI / 70BAR and pumped along hydraulic manifold hose and is finally
released into the air through tiny highly specialized low flow atomization
The released fluid
forms a super fine fog of 5-10 micron sized droplets that is suspended
in the air. The fog produced by the system is so fine it completely evaporates
in the air without any wetting or dripping.
The system acts
to raise the humidity level inside the building environment, the dry fugitive
dust present in the environment absorbs the moisture provided by the fog
system causing it to increase in weight and therefore settle back to the
process material or the ground.
are extremely low compared to other dust control alternatives.
Energy costs are
low; a 10 HP system will drive 500 Nozzles.
Compared to compressed
air atomization system, a High Pressure Fog System uses 90% less
are fast and simple with the majority of fabrication completed at the
factory, no special installation tools are required.
the pump module may be controlled by an optional humidistat which will
maintain an exact amount of moisture in the environment at all times.
Three reasons why the High Pressure
Fog System is the best solution to your large building dust suppression
Operating at 500-2000PSI, the system produces 5-10 micron sized droplets
that evaporate completely in the air without any wetting or dripping.
Our System contains an array of proprietary features to maximize reliability
and minimize maintenance plus we only use proven industrial quality components
that will provide years of trouble free operation.
3. Custom Designed
By engineering the system to meet the exact requirement of the dust control
site, performance and ease of operation are maximized.

the picture above, a large proportion of the PM<10 dust particles have been
removed from the environment by use of the high pressure fog system. This
is obvious by the substantial increase in visibility within the building structurer.
the picture above, the gray plume present in the air within the building structure
is very fine dust that if left uncontrolled will be inhaled by factory personnel
and will travel easily into surrounding areas.
